Tom and Kim's home was built in 1950 and the foundation at the crawlspace was cracked and separating in several places. They called Ayers for an inspection and our crew determined that the problem was worse than anyone realized. Our crew resolved that SmartJacks would be the perfect solution to Tom and Kim's problem. SmartJacks are steel supports that balance the foundation of the crawlspace, lifting it to its original position. They can be adjusted so the house will never shift out of place.
