This letter is concerning Josh Case and his crew, Joel and Caleb, the team who did our basement January 27 and 28, 2015.

Our letter is being sent later than we intended. At first, when we went onto your website, Josh's picture was not on there so we could not enter our comments. Then with many things going on, we did not get a letter mailed. We have had a very good experience with your company from the beginning and Josh, Joel and Caleb working on our basement has reinforced that good experience. We would highly recommend your company to others and definitely support these three very exceptional individuals.

Josh, Joel and Caleb are "exceptional and beyond" workers. They were timely, courteous, ethical, respectful, conscientious and professional when doing our basement. The condition of our basement and the very cold weather we had during that time did not deter them at all! When the job was done, their clean-up was impeccable. They did not waste time, were very thorough and checked with us whenever they had a question; and, when we had questions, Josh took the time to answer them. They are a great team-everything flowed well.

We cannot speak highly enough about these three young men. We trusted them in our home; we have a regard for their excellent workmanship; and, we value their work ethics. The three of them make an exceptional team not only in how hard they work but in their regard and respect for each other. Josh is an extraordinary, down-to-earth, supervisor - which showed in their relationship as a team - again that regard and respect for each other and for the business and by all of them having such good work ethics. We feel you are very fortunate to have such responsible employees.
