A homeowner with a 1950s cottage in Michigan faced a serious challenge with their basement and crawlspaces. By injecting low-rise polyurethane foam behind the panels, we reinforced the wall, filled any voids, and transferred the load to the new system, restoring stability to the cottage and making it a comfortable, secure space once again.

By placing the jacks underneath the floor joists - the crawl space ceiling- - and adjusting them to the proper height, the SmartJacks were able to raise the foundation back to its original and stable level without replacing the beam.
