Thomas’ home was struggling to keep up with humidity. The Humidity was contributing greatly to allergens and mold growth in his home, something that isn’t good for the health of people in the home. Our specialists visited her home and recommended the installation of Supportworks GeoLock wall anchors. These are heavy-duty, galvanized earth anchors engineered to be grounded in solid, undisturbed soil. The anchors are connected by a steel rod to provide clamping pressure, stabilizing the wall. Janice is happy to have a permanently stabilized crawl space!

Our customer called with a soft spot in her floor that made her worry about the state of the crawl space. We encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, which will protect it from water damage (which can cause soft spots by warping support beams) and installed a new door cover and a SaniDry dehumidifier to keep the space dry.
