You installed an egress window, which looks great. When I had some leakage, your team was there to fix it. You also lifted some sections of concrete in my driveway at my cottage-it looks great. Next project: lift the concrete in my garage at my other house in GR and install a lawn drain.
-
Gabe's team - the team they sent out for my job were hard working, very confident, polite and professional. They knew their job 110% - which is something you always hope for but rarely see these days.
-
Overall I am quite pleased with the sales and installation of the work done on my drive approach.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Cracked driveways are often caused by settling soil beneath the concrete. Lifting and stabilizing the slab with polyurethane foam fills voids, corrects uneven areas, and helps prevent further cracking, without the cost or disruption of replacement.
Small to mid-size concrete cracks can be repaired using NexusPro®, a silicone-based sealant. During installation, cracks are cleaned and prepared before the sealant is applied and finished with native sand, creating a clean, uniform appearance that blends with the surrounding concrete.
-
PolyLevel® is pumped beneath concrete slabs through tiny ports about the size of a penny. Initially, PolyLevel flows like water, filling even the smallest cracks and crevices in the soil. It quickly expands and hardens, lifting the concrete slabs above it and compressing the soil around it at the same time. PolyLevel cures quickly, allowing your concrete to be used normally just 15 minutes after installation.
Concrete lifting, also called slab jacking or slab raising, is a repair method used to lift and level sunken concrete surfaces like driveways, sidewalks, patios, and garage floors. The process involves injecting a specialized material beneath the slab to raise it back to its proper position and restore a smooth, even surface.
-
Yes. For concrete leveling, we offer a 5-year warranty on our lifted slabs and sealed joints, ensuring long-lasting protection and peace of mind.
-
PolyLevel® is often more cost-effective than full replacement. It is quicker, involves no demolition, and you can use the surface almost immediately. Full replacement of your sidewalk usually incurs higher costs due to labor, materials, and extended downtime.
-
PolyLevel® is designed as a long-term solution for sunken concrete. Unlike traditional mudjacking materials, the lightweight polyurethane foam resists water erosion and won't add extra weight to the soil below. When underlying drainage and soil conditions are properly addressed, lifted concrete can remain stable for many years.
-
Concrete slabs typically sink when the soil beneath them settles, washes away, or becomes compacted over time. In Michigan, heavy rain, snowmelt, poor drainage, and freeze-thaw cycles can create voids beneath driveways, sidewalks, patios, and garage floors. Concrete lifting with PolyLevel® fills these voids and helps restore a safe, level surface.
