The gap along the house all along the porch is evidence of settling over time.
The gap all along the house has decreased dramatically. The holes that are drilled for PolyLevel injection are small. These holes are patched so the concrete looks complete once again.
The bottom of the railing on the left sat right on the top of the porch slab at one point. The gap shows how significant the settling has been.
Before, there was a large gap between the bottom of the railing and the top of the concrete. Now the two meet perfectly as they originally did.
The front overhang was supported by the porch slab. As the porch slab settled, the overhang experienced some sagging.
The overhang is in much better condition now that the porch that is supporting it has been raised into position.
Along the house, it's clear that the gap has eliminated between the siding and the top of the porch slab.
This front porch had sunk dramatically. All along the house, a large gap was visible that once wasn't there. The slab supported an overhang which was attached to the home. This overhang was visibly sagging as well. PolyLevel, high-density polymers injected below the slab, helped to lift the porch into its original position once again and helped remedy the sagging overhang as well.
