Robert G. contacted us because he was looking to have his sidewalks and driveway leveled. They had sunk about 3-4 inches due to a weak soil issue below the slabs, but luckily our team of experts knew the perfect solution.
We used the PolyLevel system to raise and level out the uneven slabs. We started by drilling small, penny-sized holes into the concrete. The holes were then injected with a specialized polymer material that expanded to immediately lift the slabs. This system used dense and lightweight polymers level out the slabs and deal with the weak soils below that were no longer strong enough to hold the concrete in place. To fill in any cracks or gaps between the slabs, we used the NexusPro Joint Sealant that seals off the gaps and prevents them from expanding over time.
A part of Tyler's patio has already sunk about three inches, so he called our team. We installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete back to its original level. The process is simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
Tyler needed help lifting and leveling his back patio. So he called our team and we installed PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. It uses a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. Phyllis worried about the condition of her concrete slab walkway which was cracked and creating a safety hazard. She knew she was unable to fix the problem herself, so she called Ayers to learn about our concrete lifting and leveling options. We sent our experts to the property to assess the situation and provide a solution. They recommended PolyLevel, a polymer foam injection that fills voids underneath the concrete and expands, lifting it to the desired level. Phyllis loves the new look!
This slab in Whitehall, MI was in desperate need of repair -- that's when we received a call. We used our patented PolyLevel to lift the slab quickly and without much intrusion. The PolyLevel injection nozzle is less than the size of a penny, meaning your concrete slab will not be left with massive filler holes.
