Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

Grayson had a cracked and settling concrete porch that he wanted to have fixed before he built a deck over it. He wanted to make sure it did not hold water under the deck so it was important to have it lifted. We used PolyLevel to raise the concrete back up to the original level and NexusPro to seal the cracks. PolyLevel is a waterproof and stable foam where NexusPro is a sealant made to withstand harsh weather. Both dry in a fraction of the time compared to other solutions so the process is not an inconvenience. 

This Roscommon couple have been in their home for about 2 years. Since they moved in, the front porch slab had been sinking but the settling was causing the columns to pull away from the ceiling.
