Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

We were originally contacted by Falcon for a service we did not provide but she was really keen on concrete leveling, which we did provide. She had a walkway that had some settling and wanted it lifted and leveled. PolyLevel is a lightweight foam that won't put pressure on the already unstable soil beneath the concrete. It is also waterproof and stable so it won't wash away or react with the soil. The whole process, including the curing time of the foam, is less than an hour so it is not inconvenient to the homeowner!

The approach to Ben's garage was settling, causing there to be a decent bump every time he was entering or leaving. He was worried that water would get in and make it even worse so he called to get the concrete leveled and protected. We used PolyLevel to raise the concrete back up and keep it level with the garage. It is waterproof and stable so  it won't wash away or react with the soil beneath it. We also used NexusPro to seal the joints of the concrete. This keeps debris from getting under the slab and degrading it from below.
