Concrete Leveling Before & After Photos

They suggested PolyLevel, a concrete lifting and leveling system where polymer foam is injected into voids underneath concrete slabs, expanding and raising the concrete. Have you noticed your cement driveway starting to sink in spots? If so, we have the answer for you. This customer called because their driveway was sinking and cracking in many different spots and they needed to get it fixed. However, often times this can be very costly because people want to come in and remove all the concrete with heavy equipment and put new concrete down. This does not fix the real issue though, and its also very disruptive. 

We offer a non-disruptive and less costly way to fix your driveway called PolyLevel. Small penny sized holes are drilled in the concrete and high-density polymers are injected to lift the concrete back up to its desired height. Dave H. was looking to level the sidewalk in front of his home. The sidewalk had multiple uneven slabs and a few cracks that were caused from the settling concrete. We installed the effective PolyLevel system that used specialized polymers to lift and level the settled slabs. We also used NexusPro joint sealant to caulk the cracks, which prevented them from continuing to shift over time.

This Okemos homeowner had a driveway with about half of the slabs are sinking. It causes some issues with driving and walking due to the unevenness.
