Katherine and Lucas have visible water damage in their basement. Installing a waterproofing system will ensure that no further damage occurs.
The WaterGuard drain is designed to capture water seepage through the walls and any leaks along where the floor and the wall meet. It's large in diameter and is easy to get into making clogging extremely unlikely. On top of that, it is faster, easier, and less expensive than outdoor drains and will be nearly invisible once the concrete is replaced and dried.
The TripleSafe sump pump system offers three different levels of support when it comes to pumping water out of your basement. There is one pump for everyday normal levels of water, one, more powerful, pump for heavier volumes of water, and one battery-operated pump that will keep you protected in power outages.
The Geo-Lock Wall Anchor System repairs walls that are sliding inwards, bowing, or buckling. A wall anchor will be installed inside your home and extend outward towards stable, hard-packed soil around your home to anchor it in place. This prevents any further movement permanently and is installed with minimal disruption to your home or your lawn.
We can conceal the anchors with our Hide-A-Way covers for a more finished appearance. If left unconcealed, like in this picture, they leave minimal disturbance.
Katherine and Lucas had both unwanted water and bowing walls in their home's basement. These two things typically go together as moisture, inside and outside of the home, has a large impact on foundation strength. They called our team and we came up with a plan to solve both problems. For foundation support, our team installed GeoLock Wall Anchors. For waterproofing, our team installed IceGuard, TripleSafe, and WaterGuard. Since these problems typically come hand in hand, fixing both will ensure that the issues don't continue or return. With all of these systems, Katherine and Lucas will be protected for years and years to come without worry of a failing foundation or more intruding water.
