After having water intrusion in her crawl space for awhile, Barb had discoloration and rotting in her crawl space. This can be very dangerous and affect the foundation of your house.
This is an image of one of Barb's old sump pumps and it shows that it is rotted. It stopped working after it could not keep up with the amount of water in her crawl space.
This image shows CleanSpace after it was installed the the floors and walls of Barb's crawl space. The plastic sheet material keeps everything from air to unwanted pests out of the crawl space.
This image shows SmartSump which is a sump pump system that was designed for crawl spaces. The drain connected to the pump takes the water out of your crawl space while not allowing any damp air to enter.
This image shows a SaniDry XP Basement Dehumidifier. These dehumidifiers are ten times more powerful than other dehumidifiers in order to get all unwanted water vapor out of the air.
This image shows the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System. This system prevents your crawl space from flooding even during freezing temperatures or when snow is piled higher than your discharge line.
Barb had standing water in her crawl space that she could not get rid of. In addition, her sump pumps were not working, so she called our team. We installed CleanSpace, SmartSump, SaniDry and IceGuard in her crawl space. CleanSpace will act as a vapor barrier to keep water and other moistures out. SmartSump is a sump pump system that prevents flooding by reducing moisture in the crawl space and by removing any water quickly. The SaniDry XP Basement Dehumidifier never needs to be emptied because the water drains automatically. Lastly, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System allows water to leave even when the line is frozen.
