Austin had issues with his crawl space vent as water was leaking in. Austin decided to contact Ayers to find a watertight solution! After conducting a review, the team at Ayers suggested an EverLast Access Well and Door to seal off the area! The EverLast door is made of rigid plastic, which will last a lifetime and provides a watertight seal to the home! Additionally, the EverLast Well makes the space look better and will provide filtration for any water near the window! Austin was thrilled he had found a permanent solution for his home!

Jeff's basement had notable water damage that needed a permanent solution. Heavy rains were leading to this damage, so he called Ayers to make the best recommendation. We suggested our subfloor interior drainage system called WaterGaurd. This drain collects water seeping through the walls and reroutes it to the sump pump. We poured fresh concrete over WaterGaurd to conceal it within the space. Jeff feels relieved since he no longer has to worry about water intrusion each time it rains!

They suggested an egress window, as they're engineered to withstand rocks and heavy soil. A customer that lives in Coldwater, Michigan had a basement counter that was taking a besating from the outside enviornment. Water was making its way through the basement with ease. Fortunately, we had just the fix. We installed our Cleanspace technology to do the job. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold. This liner should also be combined with CleanSpace vent covers to insulate and seal the air out. So, now water doesn't stand a chance to destroy this basement.
