Edward called our team to discuss encapsulation options for his crawl space. We installed CleanSpace, a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient crawl space, but it also gives your crawl space a clean finish. This material will be applied to your floors and walls to create a sleek look and an uninterrupted barrier.
A customer called our team because she had water entering her crawl space. So we installed SilverGlo, a set of waterproof foam panels used on the walls of your crawl space in order to insulate it. Uninsulated crawl spaces cost you money each year by increasing your heating and cooling bills. SilverGlo blocks all moisture and is made of inorganic material which prevents mold, rot or mildew from forming. Overall, it will keep your crawl space dry and insulated which will save you lots of money over the years.
A customer was experiencing foundational issues so he called our team. We installed SmartJack, a system that puts a stop to your sagging floors. Due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space, floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable. The SmartJack system provides a permanent fix to these issues by using steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors.
Water was entering Todd’s cottage’s basement. Since he is not always there he often worries whether his basement is flooding or not, so he called our team. We installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent more water intrusion. This system utilizes a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls and act as a vapor and moisture barrier. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system was perfect for Todd and put a stop to all water intrusion into his basement immediately.
A customer needed help keeping water out of her basement so she called our team and we installed the SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. This system will alert you when water levels are too high and has an airtight lid to prevent any unwanted moisture or pests from entering.
Fully finishing a basement can be expensive and take a lot of time to do right. BrightWall lets you quickly change the look of your basement space without breaking the bank or taking ages to complete. BrightWall uses semi-rigid plastic panels that can funnel water straight into the installed WaterGuard system. Humidity passing through the wall is often what peels paint and ruins clean basement looks and thanks to BrightWall being inorganic and waterproof, you'll never have to worry about that! Clean up your peeling paint or help waterproof with BrightWall!
Patricia's very old farmhouse needed some work so she called our team. We encapsulated part of the space with CleanSpace. CleanSpace is an uninterrupted vapor barrier that is applied to the walls and floor of your crawl space. It restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.
CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that we use to stop moisture/water in a crawl space. CleanSpace is a thick plastic liner that is fitted to your crawl space and it seals off your home from the earth. Since the liner is plastic there is no concerns of mold growth. The bright white color helps dramatically improve the appearance of your crawl space also. After installation you can now use this space to store stuff on too, it will not hurt the liner and its much nicer than that dirt floor that was previously here.
Brenda & Randy, a couple from Elkhart, IN have dreaded large rain storms since they purchased their home several years ago. The thought of having several inches of water in their crawl space would haunt them on stormy nights. A close family friend guided them to choose Ayers. We sent one of our System Design Specialist to the couple’s home. Our experts worked with our new friends to create a solution that fit their needs and budget.
A short time later our crew arrived at Brenda & Randy’s home to execute our solution plan. First, they installed our CleanSpace encapsulation product. This product provides a thick plastic barrier that completely seals off the crawlspace from the elements it faces below. Additionally, our crew installed a Triple Safe sump pump to help keep water out of their crawl space. The pump contains an air tight lid, floor drain, pump stand, and a pump alarm.
One evening after Brenda & Randy’s crawl space transformation they received a storm. In the morning they were relieved to find their crawl space remained dry. Our new friends quickly found that their crawl space renovation had helped them avoid the failures of a wet crawl space. Join Brenda & Randy in the success of having a dry crawl space. Homeowners had water seeping into their basement so they called our team. We installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent any more water intrusion. Using a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls this system acts as a vapor and moisture barrier. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces.
Cara and Lee built an inclosed sunroom a few years ago to replace their back porch. Recently, the windows and doors have been sticking, the floors have been sagging, and cracks have appeared in the walls. The different issues they were encountering are usually caused by settlement issues, so Cara and Lee called our team for help. We installed helical piers to stop the settlement and overtime bring the foundation back to its original level. The helical piers were installed deep into the soil underneath the foundation for a quick installation and permanent solution.
We received a call from a customer in Granger, Indiana about his basement, he was experiencing wet walls so we gave him a free estimate and then decided to install WaterGuard technology among many things. The WaterGuard is the pipe that runs water underneath the floors. This system runs on top of the footing instead of alongside it. The WaterGuard has a big drain outlet to the sump. It also has a built in tiny gap between the floor and the wall so that it can drain any wall leaks. This system is designed not to clog by having holes in case of debris clogging the pipe. The WaterGuard collects the water from drains in the basement.
A homeowner wanted our team to install an egress window and well in her home. Egress Windows provide a safe exit in case of emergency so they are required in finished basement living areas. In addition to having a safe exit in your basement, these windows provide lots of natural light. Lastly, most windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home due to poor insulation around the window. Egress windows will help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house.
During heavy rains Brett and Sandy’s basement would flood. In order to waterproof their basement our team installed the WaterGuard system along with TripleSafe and IceGuard. These three items each play a large role in keeping basements dry. Catching any leakage from higher walls and floors, the WaterGuard system will prevent water from reaching the basement floor. TripleSafe is a sump pump system that is battery powered which will allow Brett and Sandy to not worry about their basement flooding during power outages. Lastly, the IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System allows water to leave even when it is frozen. Installing these three pieces will keep their basement dry no matter what weather their house encounters.
Mary Kay was searching for a way to encapsulate her crawl space and keep water out. She called our team and we installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space, and it also gives your crawl space a clean finish. It is applied as an uninterrupted barrier to completely keep your crawl space dry.
The homeowners had water coming into their basement where the floor and the wall meet. This water was particularly frightening for these homeowners because they had a finished basment and they did not want their belongings or their carpet to get ruined.
Our professional team installed the WaterGuard long lasting interior perimeter drainage system to stop the water from destroyer the homeowners finished basement. WaterGuard effectively captures wall and floor seepage before it damages your basement floor. The WaterGuard drainage system sits on the top of the footing inside the basement so the pipes do not get clogged by mud or anything else. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. The sump pump then effectively removes the water from the home.
The before picture shows the water that was seeping into the home. The after picture shows what the WaterGuard system looks like before it is covered with a clean layer of concrete.
The homeowners finised basement is now clean and dry thanks to the WaterGuard interior perimeter drainage system!
Water was leaking into Josiah’s crawl space from several different areas so our team installed SmartSump. The SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump was perfectly designed for crawl spaces. It prevents flooding by reducing moisture in the crawl space and by removing any water quickly. The drain connected to the pump takes the water out of your crawl space while not allowing any damp air to enter.
David called us because he was getting water in his crawl space. He told us it had flooded last year and the insulation had fallen. The furnace, water heater, and water softener are all in the crawl space so he wanted a solution to prevent further damage.
We laid down drainage matting to keep water from getting stuck under the CleanSpace liner. If water was caught under the liner, it would never drain. The drainage matting has raised dimples in it to allow channels for the water to flow through under the liner. The matting also directs the flooding water to the sump pump system where it will be expelled from the crawl space.
We then installed CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier. This is a thick, durable liner that keeps water vapor and humidity from getting into the crawl space. The liner keeps the area dry and protects from mold and rotting.
We installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System that provides three levels of protection. If the pump on the bottom level fails, a second more powerful pump is a little higher that takes over. In case of the second pump failing or you lose power, the highest level is a UltraSump Battery Backup Sump Pump that will take over. This is a great solution for homeowners who may have problems with water in the crawl space or basement.
We also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to dry and filter the air in the crawl space. This helps to keep the crawl space clean and mold free. It is small in size so you don't have to worry about a bulky, loud humidifier and it is costs less to run!
David has been having flooding issues in his crawl space, it is even causing some of his insulation to fall. Therefore he called our team and we decided to install CleanSpace. CleanSpace is used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This plastic sheet material not only creates an energy-efficient crawl space, but it also gives your crawl space a clean finish. This material will be applied to your floors and walls to create a sleek look and an uninterrupted barrier.
Several cracks in a homeowner’s walls were letting water into the basement. Our team installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent any more water intrusion. Using a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls this system acts as a vapor and moisture barrier. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system was perfect for this homeowner and put a stop to all water intrusion into his basement immediately.
Steve had a bowing basement wall so he called our team. So we installed the GeoLock Anchor System. This system permanently stabilizes your wall. In most cases it can eventually straighten the wall back to its original position. It is done by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall. This system is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to your lawn and home.
Ewanah already had a sump pump, however he wanted his basement to be protected even if his electricity went out. Our team installed TripleSafe, the perfect system to ease his worries. TripleSafe is a sump pump system that’s main goal is to keep your basement dry. This system has three pumps so that it can handle the highest pumping demands. In addition, one of the pumps is battery powered which allows it to continue to pump water even during power outages. Ewanah will no longer have to worry about his basement flooding even if his electricity goes out.
A customer wanted an egress window and well installed in order to prevent water intrusion and turn her basement into a liveable space. So our team installed them both. Due to poor insulation around the window, windows usually offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home. Egress windows will help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house. Also, Egress Windows provide a safe exit in case of emergency so they are required in finished basement living areas. In addition, these windows provide lots of natural light.
Allen was having some water issues in his basement where water was coming in from the back 2 corners. The water creates small puddles and this has been happening for a couple years. He just wanted it fixed finally so he called us for a solution to the problem. We first installed the WaterGuard system. It is a French drain system that is installed under the floor but above the foundation to keep it out of the area where it could clog. The WaterGuard collects the water that seeps into the basement and gets it out of the house through the discharge line. We also attached the IceGuard to the discharge line to keep the line from freezing in the winter. The frozen water in the pipes would cause a back up of water which could lead to flooding in the basement but the IceGuard ensures a secondary route for the water to escape in cold months.
The homeowners had mold and moisture in there basement and crawl space areas. Controlling what goes into your crawl space begins with your crawl space door. Crawl space doors that are simply cut from plywood and loosely fitted allow pests, moisture and outside air to get into the space. To make matters worse, wood will crack and warp over time requiring repainting or even replacement. Our team saw this problem and knew the homeowners needed a solution.
The EverLast crawl space door is made of plastic that is just about indestructible. There are several different door colors available so you can match your homes color scheme. EverLast doors will never warp, shrink, crack or require maintenance or painting. The air and water seal on the door ensures that your crawl space is protected from pests, moisture and outside air.
Don called our team because he was looking to encapsulate his crawl space. So we installed CleanSpace, a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. This system creates an energy-efficient crawl space and it gives your crawl space a clean finish. This material will be applied to your floors and walls to create a sleek look and an uninterrupted barrier. Don wanted to seal off his crawl space which this system is perfect for.
John and Dorothy's crawl space was experiencing high humidity and moisture so they called our team asking about encapsulation systems. Our team installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace will reduce the moisture and humidity in their crawl space because it acts as a vapor barrier. CleanSpace is a plastic sheet material that restricts all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. Not only does this system create an energy-efficient crawl space, but it also gives your crawl space a clean finish.
David was encountering water intrusion in his basement. Tired of worrying about his basement flooding, he asked us to waterproof his basement. So we installed TripleSafe, a sump pump system that’s main goal is to keep your basement dry. It provides ultimate protection against all basement leakage and any moisture problems because it has three pumps within this one system. One of the pumps is battery powered so that the system can work even during power outages.
A customer had water leaking into his basement from his widow because his old egress window and well were not working properly. So our team installed a new egress window and well to replace his old one. Egress Windows are required because they are big enough to provide a safe exit in case of emergency. In addition to having a safe exit in your basement, these windows provide lots of natural light. Lastly, most windows offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home due to poor insulation around the window. Egress windows will help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house.
The homeowners had water coming into their basement from their crawlspace. Water was pooling in their crawlspace and seeping into their home. The homeowner did not have a sump pump so standing water had started to accumulate in the basement.
Our professional team installed the TripleSafe sump pump in order to combat this standing water. The TripleSafe sump pump is great because it has three sump pumps in one, giving you triple protection. The first pump will remove water from your home efficiently and effectively. The second pump is more powerful and has a separate discharge line. The second pump is there for you on the rare occasions that the first pump fails. The third pump is equipped with batteries so it is there for you if the power goes out. The triple safe sump pump is the best option because it adjusts automatically when needed and keeps your basement dry with triple protection.
