Support Beam Repair Job for Unsupported Church in Utica, MI

John is a pastor at a church in Utica, Michigan, who had concerns about the support beams in the basement, so he called Ayers for an inspection. Our crew determined we should install CleanSpace to tidy things up and offer protection in this space and SmartJacks for better support. CleanSpace is a thick plastic liner made with waterproof material. The vapor barrier it holds will prevent the buildup of moisture. Excess moisture allows mold and bacteria to thrive. Next, we installed SmartJacks to replace the weak support beams. We installed this repair system by attaching steel support beams to the floor joists and a sturdy base in the subfloor.
