Our System Design Specialists determined from an inspection of the area that CleanSpace and SmartJacks. CleanSpace is a durable plastic liner installed along the floor and wall of the crawl space. This waterproof liner is made with a vapor barrier that prevents mold or bacteria growth. Next, the SmartJacks were installed for foundation support. This repair system is installed by attaching steel support beams to the floor joists and a sturdy base placed in the floor. Once the posts are installed, they get adjusted to raise the floors to a level position once again. Benjamin's crawl space has now been completely transformed with permanent solutions!
