What Matt enjoys most about working at Ayers is getting to know each homeowner's story and designing a solution that fits their home and goals. He believes every home is different, and he enjoys creating a plan that gives homeowners confidence in the future of their home.
Matt lives in the Houghton Lake area with his wife and their dog, Ford. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, playing hockey, and exploring Michigan's UTV trails. Whether he's at the campground or out on the trails with his family, he enjoys spending time outdoors and making the most of northern Michigan.
As an Ayers customer himself since 2008, Matt knows firsthand the peace of mind that comes with having a dry basement and healthy crawl space. That experience inspired him to help other homeowners protect their homes and experience the same lasting confidence his family did.
