SentrySeal Eliminated Water Seepage in Lake City, MI Home

These Lake City, MI homeowner was experiencing water seepage at the footing of one of the walls in the home. In order to seal off the cracks that were allowing water to leak in, we needed to install the SentrySeal system. We first had to remove two feet of soil outside of the problem wall in order to install the SentrySeal membrane around the bottom of the footing to seal the imperfect joint between the wall and footing.
