What Justin enjoys most about working at Ayers is that he gets to be himself every day while helping homeowners solve problems that matter. He especially values building genuine relationships and knowing there's always a way to make a difference for the families he meets. Having experienced basement flooding firsthand as a child, Justin understands how stressful it can be and is passionate about helping homeowners regain confidence and peace of mind in their homes.

Justin lives in Farwell and spent his childhood in both Farwell and Fowlerville. A proud Michigander, he believes there's nowhere else he'd rather call home. Family is at the heart of everything he does. His wife, Kara, has always believed in him and encouraged him to reach higher, and together they're raising two children while building a life centered around helping others. Justin believes success isn't measured by what you have, but by how many lives you've positively impacted along the way.

Outside of work, Justin embraces every season Michigan has to offer. You'll find him golfing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, trout fishing, mushroom hunting, spending time on the state's lakes and rivers, and taking fall color tours with his family. He also enjoys cooking, barbecuing, attending concerts, following Detroit Lions football, and anything involving motorsports. At home, he and his family are also kept busy by their two Shih Tzus.
