What Jason enjoys most about working at Ayers is sitting down with homeowners, educating them about their home, and finding a solution that aligns with their goals. Inspired by his father, who built his reputation by always doing what was right for his customers, Jason believes in taking the time to explain the problem, present the options, and help homeowners make informed decisions with confidence.
Jason is originally from Owosso and just recently moved to Eaton Rapids with his Fiancé and fur babies. To Jason, family is about the people who are always there for one another, and that sense of loyalty and connection is something he carries into every part of his life.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible. Whether he's mountain biking, visiting one of Michigan's beautiful lakes with his dog, training for his next 5K or 10K, or following baseball and football, he's always looking for his next adventure.
Fun fact: Jason has watched every episode of The Simpsons at least three times, he's a big fan!
