What Dan enjoys most about working at Ayers is meeting new people and helping them find solutions to their concerns. He believes listening is just as important as solving the problem. He finds it especially rewarding when homeowners stay in touch long after the project is complete.
Dan is originally from Fessenden, North Dakota, and now lives in Harrison, Michigan. He moved to Michigan to be closer to his two sons, and family continues to be one of his greatest priorities. An animal lover at heart, he also enjoys caring for his dogs, cats, goats, and chickens.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys woodworking, fishing, hiking, and spending time outdoors throughout the year. Whether he's working on a new project or exploring nature, he appreciates any opportunity to be outside.
Fun fact: Dan was struck by lightning once, and thankfully, he's still here!
