What Caleb enjoys most about working at Ayers is rolling up his sleeves and taking on challenging projects. He especially enjoys getting down into a home's crawl space, finding the right solution, and helping homeowners protect their peace of mind.
Caleb is from Grand Rapids and now lives in Middleville with his wife, daughter, and son. His family is his greatest motivation, and he wants to show his children what hard work and a positive mindset can accomplish.
Outside of work, Caleb enjoys spending his free time with his family. Whether he's traveling for soccer tournaments or cheering from the sidelines at softball games, he enjoys supporting his kids and being part of their activities.
