GET TO KNOW BRAD:
What Brad enjoys most about working at Ayers is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on someone's life. He loves helping homeowners see what's possible and giving them the confidence to achieve goals they may have thought were out of reach. Customers can expect someone who listens, genuinely cares about their concerns, and is committed to helping them find the best solution for their home.
Brad lives in Lansing and grew up in the DeWitt area. Family is the driving force behind everything he does. He and his wife are raising three daughters, along with a miniature Dachshund, and he works hard to create opportunities and a life they can all enjoy. Brad believes each day is a chance to become a little better than the day before, and that meaningful growth comes from the journey, not just the destination.
When he's not helping homeowners, Brad enjoys fishing, golfing, playing games with his family, and exploring new places together. Whether it's a weekend adventure or a quiet day outdoors, he values making memories with the people closest to him. He also earned a third degree black belt in Taekwondo, and so did every member of his immediate family!
