Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

The homeowners had water coming into their basement from their crawlspace. Water was pooling in their crawlspace and seeping into their home. The homeowner did not have a sump pump so standing water had started to accumulate in the basement. 

Our professional team installed the TripleSafe sump pump in order to combat this standing water. The TripleSafe sump pump is great because it has three sump pumps in one, giving you triple protection. The first pump will remove water from your home efficiently and effectively. The second pump is more powerful and has a separate discharge line. The second pump is there for you on the rare occasions that the first pump fails. The third pump is equipped with batteries so it is there for you if the power goes out. The triple safe sump pump is the best option because it adjusts automatically when needed and keeps your basement dry with triple protection.

Robin was alarmed by the amount of water leaking into her basement. She wasn't sure why this was happening and called Ayers for help. Due to poor insulation around the window, windows usually offer minimal protection against outside air entering the home. Egress windows will help ventilate your indoor areas and prevent unwanted allergens from entering your house. Also, Egress Windows provide a safe exit in case of emergency so they are required in finished basement living areas. In addition, these windows provide lots of natural light.

Jennifer was in desperate need of a new waterproofing system that would eliminate the water leaks arising in her basement. After giving Ayers a call we conducted a free inspection of her home. Our System Design Specialists then determined our WaterGuard System and TripleSafe Sump Pump System would solve her issues. The WaterGuard is a subfloor drainage system installed along the perimeter of the basement meant to collect any water leaking through the walls. We conceal this system with concrete and hook it to the sump pump for the water to be directed. Next, we installed TripleSafe, a three-pump system that fits in one durable liner. Each pump is there to ensure Jennifer's basement stays dry!
