One of our crews at Ayers inspected Sheila's North Adams, Michigan, home to decipher the best solution for water intrusion. We determined our WaterGuard system would be the best option to keep water outside the home. WaterGuard, a specially designed interior drainage system, collects water leaks and directs them to a sump pump. We installed this piping along the perimeter of the basement on top of the foundation's footing. As water leaks through the walls and falls to the floor, WaterGuard collects it within the subfloor drain, preventing water damage.
