Al lives in Holt and grew up in Lansing. Family means loyalty, connection, and always showing up for one another. He enjoys spending time with his son and chocolate Lab, and is motivated each day by the opportunity to make a positive impact by helping, supporting, and inspiring others.

Outside of work, Al enjoys lifting, staying active, and coaching his son's football team. He values the opportunity to teach discipline, teamwork, and personal growth both on and off the field.
