Sealing Off a Charlotte MI Crawl Space to Prevent Issues

Carol has no issues in her crawl space except for all of the junk and debris. She wants the space cleaned out and encapsulated to ensure that there would not be issues with her crawl space down the road. We used Drainage Matting to have space between the ground and the liner. In case the intrusion of water was to happen, the matting has dimples to give water a channel to flow through and find its way to the sump pump. We also installed the SuperSump Plus sump pump system to keep water out of the crawl space. Lastly, we used the CleanSpace Crawl Space Vapor Barrier to keep out unwanted humidity, odors, pests, and water vapor. These will keep her space dry and protect the homes structure from mold or rot!
