Organization’s Growing Sales and Service Teams Creates Greater Opportunity To Meet Homeowner Needs

 Lansing, MI – Ayers Basement Systems (http://www.goayers.com) has expanded its sales and service teams in order to help more homeowners and businesses with basement, crawl space and foundation concerns. Two new System Design Specialists (sales personnel), Jeremy Swartz and Matt Wetzel, have been added to the team to carry out inspections and make recommendations to address customers’ needs. Two new service team members, Josh Metzer and Zach Ostrom, will provide maintenance and support to the more than 30,000 homes and businesses already protected by Ayers.

Each System Design Specialist and Service Technician goes through rigorous training, earning the Certified Waterproofing Professional designation through the Basement Systems International Network of Waterproofing Contractors. “It’s great meeting with homeowners knowing I can offer the best solutions for their basement and crawl space issues,” said Jeremy Swartz, one of the new System Design Specialists serving northern and western Michigan. “It’s rewarding hearing from happy families who have transformed the wet, damp areas of their homes into enjoyable, usable spaces.”
