The WaterGuard System is installed by jackhammering away a portion of the floor at the perimeter of the room, installing the system, and patching over floor gap.
The WaterGuard system is installed with an access gate at the corners of the system for easy maintenance and repairs.
The WaterGuard system drains to a SuperSump where it is then pumped out of the house a safe distance where it can no longer have an effect on the home.
The Waterguard system catches any invading water and funnels it to a TripleSafe or SuperSump Pump where it is then pumped out of the house. The WaterGuard system was engineered to prevent any debris from clogging the drain, unlike typical french drains which are simple gaps around the perimeter of the room which constantly have debris clogging the flow of draining water. This system is extremely discrete as it only lies a half inch above the ground, and a majority of the system lies out of site underground.
