It’s driveway season! You might not have known that, because I just made it up, but driveway season occurs in those few weeks after the snow has melted away and we all realize exactly how bad our driveways look. It’s easy to ignore the stains and divots when everything is under a layer of ice and three inches of snow, but now...it’s not great.
Our driveways are put to the test every day; they’re inundated with water, car chemicals, road salt, and a variety of other elements. Concrete it porous, so it’s greatly affected by this, and over time you see the staining and damage that I mentioned above. At best, it’s an eyesore, and at worst, it can cause the driveway to literally fall apart.
But what if there was a way to protect your driveway from future damage? What if it was quick, easy, and cost-effective? Well, there is...it’s SealantPro.
SealantPro is applied to concrete and penetrates deep below the surface to actually bond with the concrete. This strengthens it while also keeping it smooth and stain resistant. SealantPro prevents warm weather problems like mold and mildew, repels road salt and chemicals, and even makes it easier to de-ice the driveway in the winter. It also won’t yellow and can actually extend your concrete’s lifespan.
SealantPro can be applied on its own, or, if you also need to raise sinking slabs, in conjunction with PolyLevel and NexusPro joint sealer as a part of our total protection system. SealantPro needs about 4-6 hours to cure, and then you can use the driveway as usual.
If your driveway is looking a little rough, call today to schedule your free inspection and get it ready for the spring.
