Bryce graduated from Davenport University with a degree in HR Management and has worked as an HR Generalist since 2020. Before joining Ayers, he spent 2.5 years at SilencerCo in Utah. He appreciated the positive work culture and collaborative environment, driving him to seek a similar experience at Ayers.

Outside of work, Bryce has been playing rugby for over 12 years and currently plays on a local team in Lansing that competes across Michigan. He’s also passionate about the outdoors, spending his free time hunting, dirt biking, hiking, and camping. A frequent traveler up north, he enjoys visiting friends and family in Traverse City.
