Bill brings an extensive background in construction project management and structural engineering to Ayers. He also spent several years leading a commercial glass company.

His favorite part of the job here is seeing how the small individual actions of our team members – such as being mindful of where we park, leaving things cleaner than we found them, or staying a couple of extra hours to get the job done – build on each other to create a big impact for customers. “Those positive ripples continue long after we leave the job site,” Bill says, “and it’s satisfying to know that our work makes a difference in the lives of the families we serve.”

Bill resides in Alto, Michigan, with his wife and dog. They enjoy volunteering for a local dog rescue, which includes fostering dogs and transporting food and animals between shelters. The Riley’s have two children.
