Before joining the Ayers team in 2022, Paula was in the Army National Guard and worked as a recruiter.  

Paula has completed extensive training in waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space repair needs, and is a Certified Waterproofing Professional through the Basement Systems International Network of Waterproofing Contractors. No matter what problem you’re experiencing with your home, she will design a custom solution using proven processes and the best products in the industry. 

Paula lives in Grand Rapids, MI with her Saint Bernard Poodle. In her free time, she enjoys running and drawing.
