Before joining the Ayers team in 2022, John was a home and residential builder. He has also done outdoor construction in the last couple of years with experience in gutter systems. 

John has completed extensive training in waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space repair needs, and is a Certified Waterproofing Professional through the Basement Systems International Network of Waterproofing Contractors. No matter what problem you’re experiencing with your home, he will design a custom solution using proven processes and the best products in the industry. 

John lives in Rockford, MI with his wife of 28 years, and his best friend Bean, a Vizsla. He also has 3 kids who are older and moved out of the house. In his free time, he enjoys camping and fishing.
