Your home is your biggest investment, and Richard’s goal is to help you make it safer and more comfortable.

Before joining the Ayers team in 2022, Richard worked in retail sales and customer service. He uses this background to help his customers find peace of mind with a permanent solution to their home’s basement and foundation problems.

In Richard’s words, “Nothing is more important than family and the home where you spend time with them. I’m thrilled to work at a company that understands the value of giving me and my customers the ability to enjoy our families and our homes without worry.”

Richard lives in Cadillac, Michigan, with his wife, four children, and a dog. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and is an avid collector of many things, from vinyl records to shoes.
