Your home is your biggest investment, and Richard’s goal is to help you protect it. 

Before joining the Ayers team in 2022, Richard spent years in retail sales and customer service. He uses this background to help his customers get what they want - a permanent solution to their home’s problems.

Richard has completed extensive training in waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space repair needs, and is a Certified Waterproofing Professional through the Basement Systems International Network of Waterproofing Contractors. No matter what problem you’re experiencing with your home, he will design a custom solution using proven processes and the best products in the industry.  

Richard lives in Cadillac, Michigan with wife, four children, and a dog. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and is an avid collector of many things, from vinyls to shoes.
