Your home is your biggest investment, and Michael’s goal is to help you protect it. 

Before joining the Ayers team in 2022, Michael attended Indiana State University and spent years as a project manager and then sales manager for a technology company, as well as owning his own technology company. His family has also been in general, structural and electrical contracting for decades. His extensive experience working on all sides of a project allows him to help customers find the right solutions for their homes.

Michael has completed extensive training in waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space repair needs, and is a Certified Waterproofing Professional through the Basement Systems International Network of Waterproofing Contractors. No matter what problem you’re experiencing with your home, he will design a custom solution using proven processes and the best products in the industry.  

Michael lives in South Bend, Indiana with his Jack Russell terrier, Kapone. In his free time, he likes to experiment with cooking for his family, collects vinyl albums, and likes golfing and cycling.
