Rob is a knowledgeable human resource professional with years of experience in the food service and furniture manufacturing industries. He joined Ayers in 2020, with a focus on adding top-notch staff to give the company’s growing customer base a remarkable contractor experience.

Rob is fueled by the opportunity to influence ongoing change at Ayers and is a strong advocate of cultivating an environment where employees feel valued and know they’re making a difference.

He grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and now lives in Ada, Michigan. He and his wife have three children. In his spare time, Rob enjoys gardening, fishing, and camping.
