Before joining the Ayers team in 2021, Josh owned and operated an underground utility business for over a decade. He certainly isn't afraid to get down and dirty to diagnose your basement, foundation, and crawl space issues.

Josh has completed extensive training in waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space repair needs, and is a Certified Waterproofing Professional through the Basement Systems International Network of Waterproofing Contractors. No matter what problem you’re experiencing with your home, he will design a custom solution using proven processes and the best products in the industry.  

Josh lives in Hastings, Michigan, with his wife and three children. He and his family are very athletic and enjoy spending their time playing sports and hanging out on the lake with friends and family.
