Growing up, Dylan lived in a house with a wet basement. He understands the stress and hassle of constantly cleaning up water and is glad to have the opportunity to help customers fix those problems for good.

Dylan previously worked as a flooring installer, for a masonry company, and doing factory work. He learned about Ayers from a friend and appreciates the family-like atmosphere here.

A resident of Hastings, Michigan, Dylan enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, playing with his three daughters, and pursuing his hobby with radio-controlled vehicles.
