These Holt homeowners were having some issues with their basement. They had some cracks that were starting to separate and water coming into the area in several places. We had solutions for both problems to keep the basement dry and safe. We started with the CarbonArmor to stabilize the walls and keep the wall from moving any further. We then installed the DoubleSafe Sump Pump System which receives water from the drain system and expels it out of the home to keep the area free of water. Lastly, we installed the WaterGuard Drain System which will collect water that seeps into the basement and send it to the sump pump. This drain system is installed under the floor and the concrete is restored so there is no unsightly drain. All of these products install quickly and won't interfere with future basement finishing!
Linda had a lot of water in her crawl space and she wanted it out with the area waterproofed so it won't happen again. She also informed us that her floors around the home were sagging. Upon inspection, we found that a main beam was broken and it needed to be replaced and the floor supported. The first thing we did was install a replacement beam and support the floors with SmartJacks. We then moved on to waterproofing the space by laying down Drainage Matting which has dimples in it to direct water towards the sump pump. We then installed the TripleSafe Sump Pump System to keep water out of the crawl space. Next we installed the CleanSpace liner that keeps humidity, pests, and water vapor out of the crawl space. We also installed the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to blow dry air throughout the area to keep it dry!

Kimberly has a newer home with a mostly finished basement. Still, she has a small crawl space that has a dirt floor. Luckily, Kimberly hasn't experienced any water or moisture in her space but due to the dirt floor in her crawl space, she is susceptible to moisture. Moisture can cause foundation problems and annoyances such as discoloration. It can also play a huge role in allergens and humidity in the home decreasing overall home and air quality. As a preventative measure, she had our team come out to encapsulate the space and our team installed CleanSpace. CleanSpace is an uninterrupted vapor barrier designed to keep out any unwanted pests, moisture, and mold. This barrier restricts airflow and therefore makes controlling the temperature of the home much easier. CleanSpace is applied to the floors and walls and wrapped around pillars and piers carefully to ensure that the space looks clean and refreshed. Kimberly saved herself a lot of money by getting ahead of moisture.
Fred and his wife have basement walls that were cracking and starting to bow. There was one crack that went stright across the top and another was a stair step that went from one corner to the next. The bowing has been getting much worse this year and the owners are happy to finally stabilize the walls. We used the CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System to stop further movement in the walls. The system does not require excavation and installs quickly.

Lastly, we installed the CleanSpace Liner which keeps humidity and water vapor from passing through into the area.
Pat had water coming into his crawl space. He needed it sealed off and encapsulated before the moisture caused any serious damage. Our team came out and installed CleanSpace, the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and an EverLast Crawl Space Door. Typical wood crawl space doors can deteriorate over time and can allow insects and other pests to get in your crawl space. Not to mention, wood leaves room for outside air which makes the space cold and damp. Everlast doors are made from thick PVC Plastic and secured with weatherproof knobs. Unlike wood, it won't shrink or deteriorate over time and it won't require any maintenance. Once installed, the door will ensure that your space is sealed off from outside intrusions and keeps the space warm. The SaniDry Sedona is more powerful than any other dehumidifier and drains automatically so you don't have to worry about emptying the water yourself. It will control the humidity and make sure to stop mold growth, kill dust mites, and make your whole house healthier. This way Pat won’t have to worry about any more moisture getting into his space or any further damage that the moisture could cause. His basement will be encapsulated and protected against any moisture that may intrude into his space.
