Before joining the Ayers team in 2020, Scott spend 20 years in the hospitality industry and remodeling homes as a licensed builder. His background in construction and customer service gives him a unique perspective when helping customers with their basement, foundation, and crawl space problems.

Scott has completed extensive training in waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space repair needs, and is a Certified Waterproofing Professional through the Basement Systems International Network of Waterproofing Contractors. No matter what problem you’re experiencing with your home, he will design a custom solution using proven processes and the best products in the industry.  

Scott is married and has two children, and lives on Silver Lake in Traverse City. He has a passion for fitness as a certified CrossFit trainer and enjoys taking advantage of lake life by boating and kayaking.
