Water was entering a homeowner’s basement through small cracks on the walls. She called our team and we installed the CleanSpace Basement Finishing Wall System to prevent any more water intrusion. This system acts as a vapor and moisture barrier by using a poly sheet material to completely cover basement foundation walls. The material is waterproof, stain resistant and can be applied over many different types of surfaces. This system was perfect for this homeowner and put a stop to all water intrusion into her basement immediately.
Megan and Calvin have just recently purchased their home but the basement is so humid. There is no standing water but they are having to change the dehumidifier very often. These homeowners had water coming into the basement but the amaount depends on the amount of rain there was. They are not sure where the water comes from but they think it is from where the walls and the floor meet. We installed the WaterGuard system is a French drain that is installed under the floor but above the foundation to keep it out of the zone where the drain could clog. The system collects water that seeps through the walls in the basement and drains it to the sump pump.
Paul and his wife have water coming in from a corner of their finished basement where the floor meets the walls. There was no sump pump so when heavy rain comes, water pools in the area. We installed the WaterGuard drain system which is a drain under the floor but above the foundation to collect the water that seeps into the home. The water that is collected goes to the SuperSump Plus sump pump system that we also installed for them. The sump pump keeps the basement dry for extended periods of time, even in times of heavy rain. It has a back up battery in case there is a power outage so that water will still be discharged out of the home.

Vicky A had water seeping into her Muskegon basement and constantly trickling across the floor. Water had also started to accumulate in the corner of her pump room. The basement floor had several cracks which allowed about 5 gallons of water to enter the space a day. We fitted a complete Waterguard perimeter drainage system in Vicky's basement. Several feed lines were installed in the cracks to capture and redirect incoming water to the newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. Vicky also opted to have our CleanSpace plastic liner installed to capture water vapor seeping through her foundation walls and send it to the sump pump.
