You want your home to be safe and secure; Dustin’s goal is to ensure it is by leveling and lifting any uneven concrete.
Concrete settlement is common and can cause significant problems like trip hazards, pooling water, and cracks. Our PolyLevel® is a high-density polyurethane that raises slabs back to a desired level. It can be used for sidewalks, driveways, garage floors, and porches.
Bringing a comprehensive, personalized approach to every job, Dustin will evaluate your areas of concern and provide a solution to quickly and effectively stabilize your sinking, settling concrete. Dustin’s customers recommend him and the Ayers Team to their family and friends.
Dustin also completed extensive training to evaluate your waterproofing, foundation, and crawl space repair needs. In addition, as part of the service team at Ayers, he responds if you need help after installation and to do annual maintenance. Dustin has an extensive construction background, and brings that expertise to every appointment.
“It’s a privilege to meet families and offer them the best solution to issues they’re having with the concrete around their home,” said Dustin.
Dustin lives just outside of Hillsdale, Michigan, with his three children, and spends his free time performing as a drummer around Michigan. He is also a volunteer firefighter and EMT, and assists in running a dairy farm.
Sinking, uneven concrete can be dangerous, it can look bad and it can lower the resale value of your home. PolyLevel is a very easy way to fix your concrete. We drill penny size holes in the concrete and inject structural grade polymers in to raise the concrete back to its desired height. The polymers are waterproof so they won't wash out and they cure very quickly so your cement can be drove on almost instantly after the process is completed.
