This family called us because they had water occasionally coming in their crawl space which was causing mold to grow and they had a dirt floor allowing critters and outside air in. We all know mold is not something that should be taken lightly as it can cause health issues and can tremendously affect the resale value of your home. We don't put dirt floors in basements so why does having a dirt floor in your crawl space sound okay? We sent a system design specialist out to the home to see what could be done and offer the best solution to the problem.
The homeowner and system design specialist agreed that installing our CleanSpace system would be the best answer. CleanSpace ensures that the crawl space will be isolated from the earth so no critters, air or ground water can evaporate into the atmosphere of the space. It's also made of a very thick plastic so there is no worrying about it tearing or not holding up. The liner is also made with an antimicrobial additive that prevents the growth of mold.
A mobile home had heavy water intrusion in its crawl space which was also causing frogs to enter the crawl space. So our team installed SilverGlo, a set of waterproof foam panels used on the walls of your crawl space in order to insulate it. Uninsulated crawl spaces cost you money each year by increasing your heating and cooling bills. In addition, SilverGlo blocks all moisture and is made of inorganic material which prevents mold, rot or mildew from forming. Overall, it will keep your crawl space dry and insulated which will save you lots of money over the years.
Our customer just had something that is never fun...flooding. Failure of his sump pump allowed water to come in through the walls, ruining the recently furnished basement. Traditional sump pumps with only single or even double pumps have lots of issues when failure occurs. Ayers recommended our customer to the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe uses one energy efficient pump for most of the easy lifting, as well as a heavier duty pump to help out during heavy raining. Even in the event of a power outage, the third battery powered pump will allow for ease of mind as water is kept out of your home and your family stays safe! The TripleSafe is our most recommended sump pump system as it has kept homes dry and safe even in the worst conditions.
Denise's floors and foundation were sinking and the main beam had rotted due to termite damage. In order to fix these issues our team installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your sagging floors. Due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space, floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable. The Smart Jack system is a permanent fix to these issues. It uses steel columns, threaded rods, and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.
A wall was bowing in Ann Marie’s basement, so she called our team for help. We installed PowerBrace, a foundation repair system created to secure basement walls in place. Outside pressures can cause your basement walls to crack or tilt, but this foundation repair system counteracts these pressures by keeping your basement walls in place. The system over time can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them.

The cracks on the foundation walls of this Bremen, IN home were the first signs of a compromised wall structure. By the time we showed up, the walls were bowing due to soil pressure.
We immediately installed these GeoLock wall anchors to help prevent further bowing. These anchors are installed with one plate on the inside of the wall connected via a cable to another plate that is anchored in stable soil around the home. Wall anchors not only provide immediately stability to the walls, we can tighten the cable over time to straighten the walls.

Customers had cold air entering their crawl space so they needed it completely sealed off. Our team insulated their rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now flow is restricted keeping moisture and unwanted allergens out. Therefore, cold air won't be drifting around their house anymore.
The enclosed front porch of Terri's house was sinking and the floor was beginning to crack. So he called our team and we installed PolyLevel, a system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk by using a new product to lift the concrete slabs back to their original level. The new product used is a polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes. Also, the PolyLevel system is waterproof and long-lasting.
A customer needed help repairing the foundation in part of his home because the bricks were separating from each other and causing the floor to crack. We installed the helical piers deep into the soil underneath the foundation for a quick installation and permanent solution.
Bryant R had ongoing issues with his bowing basement walls and realised that he could no longer ignore the evident damage to his walls. You could see the stair step crack on the inside and outside of his home. These cracks follow the mortar lines in a block wall as pressure on the wall increases. Stair step cracks are particularly dangerous because they cover a wide area of the wall. Bryant's wall was well on its way to wall collapse without reparing this crack.
We used CarbonArmor® to stabilize Bryant's basement walls. CarbonArmor is a wall reinforcing system with straps made from a fiber-reinforced polymer that’s ten times stronger than steel. CarbonArmor® stablised this home's walls and will now protect those walls from future bowing.

The SmartJack system provides a permanent fix to these issues by using steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base.
