Donavan came to Ayers shortly after high school and he appreciates his honest and tenacious co-workers, who are like an extended family.

When he purchased a home with sagging floors, Donavan knew it could be fixed by the professionals here. He feels fortunate to work for a company customers can rely on to make their homes safer and more comfortable. “You can trust Ayers to do the right thing, even when it’s not convenient,” he says.

Donavan and his long-time girlfriend live in his hometown of Owosso, Michigan, with their dog and two cats. He spends his free time playing and watching sports, enjoying movies, and relaxing with friends.
