Next, we installed the plastic CleanSpace liner that sealed off the crawlspace from outside elements such as dirt, water, moisture and cold/hot air. This liner was extremely durable and prevented mold growth as well.

These homeowners had a crack in their basement wall that was allowing water to seep in. The basement was partially finished and the house was the market, so the homeowners wanted to make sure the problem was taken care of properly.
To fix this problem, we installed the FlexiSpan sealant that repairs water leaks due to a cracked wall. We started this installation by excavating a section of the concrete floor in the basement at the base of the crack. We then placed a drainage grate in the hole that will collect and drain water coming into the home. Because basement walls tend to move, the sealant material is flexible and moves with the wall to ensure the crack is effectively sealed and does not crack again in the future if the wall shifts.

The homeowners had water coming into their basement and they were not sure how or where it was coming from. Something like this has never happened so they needed to get the water out right away.
Our professional team installed a sump pump for the owner, but knew they needed something else to ensure that the home would not get water in it anymore. For added protection the team installed the IceGuard anti freeze system. The IceGuard system attaches to the sump pump discharge line on the outside of the home. The system works by allowing the water to escape even if the pipe freezes or gets blocked for any reason. Even if the pipe outlet is buried under a foot of ice and snow, the water can escape, allowing your sump pump to keep your basement dry. When the discharge pipe thaws, the water will automatically run along its normal route, and no water will escape from the IceGuard.

The mud and water below their crawl space concerned Mark and Carie A. They worried that rot would eventually develop and cause further damage. Upon a thorough inspection of the home, our system design specialist found significant foundation settlement as a result of saturated and shifting soil. He recommended that the couple first stabilize their foundation walls before attempting any waterproofing of the crawl space. We installed a set of piers to stabilize the foundation by drilling down into stable soil. The piers are anchored at a depth that can withstand the weigh of the home. We then applied an application of Shotcrete to create a new foundation wall without pouring new concrete but through an innovative process where liquid concrete is sprayed on top of a crumbling wall using a hydraulic sprayer.
Mike and Bethany were having water issues in their crawl space. They decided to go with our team even after receiving several different quotes. We installed CleanSpace, a plastic sheet material used as a vapor barrier to restrict all moisture, outside air, and pests from entering your crawl space. One of our customers from Caledonia contacted us about his wet basement walls, he didn't know how to fix this issue so he gave us a call. We drove to his home and installed FlexiSpan technology. FlexiSpan is a crack sealer for concrete that is used often times on basement walls. First, a dry well is made in the floor below the crack on the wall. Then, the crack in the wall is ready for a FlexiSpan seal. FlexiSpan contains three layers, the first is a urethane based sealant, followed by a polyurethane ether foam strip, finished off with a polyurethane sealant. Any water drains into the dry well below the FlexiSpan seal. Now this homeowner's basement walls will be dry forever.
A wall was bowing a little in Jon and Danielle's basement so they called our team. We installed PowerBrace, a foundation repair system created to secure basement walls in place. Over time, the system can be tightened to not only secure the walls in place, but to also straighten them.
