The owners of this home had placed a plastic liner over the floor of their crawl space in hopes of keeping moisture out. CleanSpace is significantly thicker than most crawl space liners, and is made of many layers of polyester cord reinforced, making it very durable. The liner is laid on top of dimpled drainage matting, which allows water beneath the liner to flow to the sump pump. CleanSpace is also manufactured with an antimicrobial additive, preventing mold growth on the backside of the liner.
