Glenn, MI Crawl Space Encapsulation

A customer from Glenn, Michigan called us about his crawlspace because he wanted to make sure that it was fully insulated. We drove to his house and inspected his crawlspace, we then decided to install our CleanSpace technology. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick plastic liner that fits to the crawl space to completely seal the home from the earth. Polyester cord reinforcement allows for a lot of durability, to make it last longer than the home will. This liner also contains an antimicrobial additive to prevent mold.

Water in my basement thru cracks in foundation
Project Location: Glenn, MI
The crawl space under the house is very damp, the insulation is coming down and needs to be addressed. I think it will atke a combination of reinsulation, spray on poly and a ventilation system to alleviate the problem.
