I have a sandy shallow crawlspace I would like to have waterproofed.

This house was built over the years of 1968-70 with very little maintenance since then. I inherited it a few years ago. I spent this past summer here and just sold my other house about a month ago to be here permanently. The house is on a cement/brick basement. I noticed over the summer one of the cabinets in the kitchen pulled away from the wall but gave it little thought. This past weekend I was putting liquid concrete on hairline cracks in the bricks and have also started moisture lock paint. I found 2 bricks in the top row with big cracks and tilted back a bit- right below where the cabinet is in the kitchen. A brick in the corner of same wall has a large crack as well.
